Ms.Parmeet Dhillon, Head- CSR, EIPL and also the person behind introducing the idea to the EIPL family of rendering voluntary services had this thought seeded as a college going teenager. While being employed with EIPL the idea was introduced to the managing board that received a whole hearted support and welcome to engage towards empowering children from lesser developed localities by providing them supplementary education. This thought was embraced by the employees of EIPL and the gushing enthusiasm and energy stood as the backbone towards cementing the thought as an organizational level initiative.
Euclid Infotech believes towards contributing to the community voluntarily before being invited by law towards mandatorily doing it.
We at EIPL believe to have our human resource capital as our core strength and fostering the available human resource in the community where factors contributing to a wholesome education may be scarce. We are proud to say that all the good to our company comes from the energy, enthusiasm and an open-to-learning attitude our employees hold at heart and it shall be our greatest pleasure to share the benefit towards bringing about a social change.
Under the umbrella of our corporate social responsibility we look towards adopting hamlets in Rajiv Gandhi National Park, Mumbai, India thereby sharing and also learning in turn from the populace dwelling there.
EIPL has officially confirmed its participation towards MIE (My India Empowered), a flagship program of YIF (Young Innovators Foundation) which is an initiative towards providing supplementary education to under resourced children.
The program (MIE) has been designed to facilitate growth by opening creative spaces. An open creative space is a space where one feels secure physically, emotionally and mentally. A space like this allows one to see things in a new way, explore their talents, express themselves and be self empowered. Unlike the conventional system where learning flows from teacher to student, at Sashakta in collaboration with MIE, everyone is an explorer.
