India : INDIAN PM to introduce E-Governance Plans at Digital India Week

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while sharing the road guide for Digital India, will introduce different e-governance plans, for example, Digital Locker, e-education and e-health at the Digital India Week, starting on July 1.
The big ticket unveiling of the Rs 1.13 lakh crore Digital India venture will witness support from more than 10,000 visitors.
Tata Group Chairman Cyrus Mistry, RIL Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, Airbus India CEO Peter Gutsmiedl, Adiya Birla Group Chairman Kumaramangalam Birla and Delta Electronics CEO Ping Cheng are among the corporate heads expected at the occasion.
Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “We have invited people from the field of technology, people working for common service centres, students and IT ministers from across the country. The huge crowd will be a representation of technical empowerment of people.”
