Germany : Grupa Azoty Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A. signed a new contract for delivery of natural gas with RWE Supply & Trading

Grupa Azoty Pulawy, in order to implement their strategy of diversifying the commodity supply, signed a contract for delivery of high-methane natural gas for the period from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 with the company RWE Supply & Trading and for a total value of approximately 40.5 million. The supplier was chosen following a tender jointly with all companies of Grupa Azoty.
Marian Rybak, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Pulawy, explains: The main supplier of natural gas for the whole group remains PGNiG S.A. But it is our goal to diversify our gas supply portfolio whenever the economic conditions are favorable.
