Publish Date : 26-Nov-2015

After release of tender for Training and Support agreement last Friday, Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework applications set to open next week.

As the Cabinet Office moves ahead with efforts to set up several additional frameworks to try and better streamline procurement of technology-focused services, G-Cloud 7 has gone live on the Digital Marketplace.

Whitehall has said 7th version of the framework has been launched as intended.

A complete list of vendors now offering commodity cloud services through either the sixth or seventh versions of the framework has now been released, with the government set to provide details on its plans to further simplify the framework application process next week.

As part of wider reform efforts to procure digital expertise and training, the Cabinet Office opened up submissions on 19th November 19 for the first version of its Digital Training and Support framework.

Applications for the framework, which has been developed allow for the comparison and procurement of training and assisted digital support services, are slated to close on January 18.

A provisional go-live date for the agreement has now been scheduled for 1st April, 2016.

Meanwhile, the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has said the tender for suppliers wishing to take a spot on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) agreement that will replace the Digital Services Framework (DSF2) - now live on the Digital Marketplace - will open on 30th November, 2015.
