Russian Federation : Results of the TATNEFTs Electronic Trading Platform Activities

The mechanism of e-procurement implemented in PJSC TATNEFT continues ensuring the effectiveness of procurement procedures, tenders and allows expanding the range of suppliers. There were 15.4 thousand supplier companies registered In the Companys electronic trading system of in 2015.

The Company carries out accrediting of suppliers on the electronic trading platform and maintains the information database. The Company also collects documents from participants in tender procedures in the electronic form via the Internet.

In 2015, the Logistics Administration of JSC TATNEFT (UMTO) conducted 1,479 two-stage procurement procedures totaling 23,826.4 million rubles net of VAT (15,400 million rubles in 2014}. The first stage was a call for bids, while there was a price reduction auction held at the second stage among the participants who had valued the whole lot.

There were 1,306 successful reverse tenders held for the amount of 9,082 million rubles (985 reverse tenders for the amount of 5,570 million rubles in 2014) with additional savings on the price determined in the first phase, in the amount of 706 million rubles.

The structural divisions of TATNEFT independently conducted 1,671 procedures in the amount of 4,034 rubles (1.036 billion rubles in 2014) and arranged 1,503 successful reverse tenders for the amount of 4,374 million rubles (334 reverse tenders in 2014 for the amount of 840.8 million rubles) with additional savings on the price determined in the first phase, in the amount of 340.4 million rubles (53 million rubles in 2014).

The electronic trading platform continues evolving with participation of subsidiary companies, independent oil companies and third-party companies, which conducted the 3,876 procurement procedures in the amount of 12,461 million rubles. (6,037 million rubles in 2014).
