United States : Kewill inks deal to acquire LeanLogistics from parent Brambles

Francisco Partners portfolio firm Kewill has inked a deal to acquire the US-based LeanLogistics from parent Brambles.
LeanLogistics operating a supporting network of over 14,000 carriers, deals in provision of transportation solutions for shippers all over the US and Europe.
LeanLogistics provides SaaS transportation management system (TMS) applications and supply chain services to its customers in order to strengthen transportation processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
LeanTMS offers complete transportation planning, execution, settlement and procurement, as well as visibility and business intelligence allowing shippers to scale infrastructure and business processes.
Customers of the company includes consumer and wholesale brands, manufacturers, and service providers across the globe.
