HCL Clarity has been successful to secure a software-as-a-service (SaaS) contract from NHS Grampian, one of the 14 regional health Boards of NHS Scotland, via the centralised procurement hub of NHS Scotland.
NHS Grampian Board provides healthcare services to 0.5 million people, mostly from the rural region of Grampian in North-East Scotland, plus several crucial services to the residents of the Orkney and Shetland Islands.
NHS Grampian, with the software solution of HCL Clarity, will be able to achieve operational performances in a largely manual procedure and the time needed for hiring agency personnel, signing off timesheets and doing invoice processing jobs; directly connect with agency staff; and screen as well as track conformity of agency workers and agency rates/commission.
