India : XEEVA buys PROCUREPACK

Xeeva, a worldwide supplier of next generation, intelligent procurement solutions has announced the acquisition of Procurepack, an e-sourcing tool developed by Gurugram-based Sourceweb Solutions.
No financial terms of the deal were announced.
Through the acquisition, Xeeva will be able to deliver offer end-to-end, procure-to pay solutions to their customers worldwide.
Procurepack is a cloud-based purchase automation solution that includes processes such as e-RFP, e-auction, supplier management and spend management.
It customers include firms like Samsung electronics.
