United States : Comtech telecommunications corp. announces $13.4 million in funding to supply U.S. army with hardware

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced today that during its first quarter of fiscal 2017, Comtech's Command and Control Technologies Group, which is part of its Government Solutions segment, received a $13.4 million funded order for its Secret Internet Protocol Router and Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Access Point (SNAP) Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) satellite systems and associated services.
To-date, Comtech has received $62.8 million of funded orders against the $91.0 million contract ceiling. The U.S. Army Project Manager for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T) Commercial Satellite Terminal Program is funding this procurement through the Army's GTACS contract vehicle.
