For a week on the territory of the advanced development and the free port of Vladivostok came 16 residents with projects worth 2.2 billion rubles. Investors, carrying out activities under agreements with JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Far East", will create 249 new jobs in the region.
A modern eye center equipped with the necessary equipment and machinery will appear on the territory of the free port of Vladivostok. The project is implemented by the Eye Center company, which will provide a wide range of ophthalmologic services, including vision diagnostics, laser correction and treatment of eye diseases. At the moment, a partial purchase of the necessary equipment has already been carried out.
"The status of the resident of the free port of Vladivostok will allow us to obtain the necessary site for the construction of a complex that provides services in demand for the population, not to pay property tax, as well as receive other benefits and preferences," said Oleg Ustyugov, the representative of OOO Glaznoy Tsentr. According to him, the growth in demand for ophthalmologic services is connected, first of all, with the increased attention of people to their own health and children's health. Demand shifts towards services of private clinics due to the availability of new equipment and lack of queues.
Construction of apartment houses in the SPV will be performed by the companies "Milya" and "Semerochka", the Joint Venture "Stroitel" and the Production Cooperative "Voskhod". KamInn LLC will build an economy class hotel in Vladivostok, and FEN YAN LLC will build and will operate three year-round recreational facilities in the city of Artem in Muravinoy Bay. Boat station is organized by the enterprise "Mado".
A shop with a trading pavilion will be built by NORD, a maintenance station will be built by Meteor LLC. Design and construction of three multi-level closed-type car parks in Vladivostok is implemented by VLAD PARKING LLC. LLC "Sinergos-Auto" intends to organize a parking garage complex. The construction and lease of warehouses will be carried out by the companies "Service-Avto" and "PrimTerminal".
In the TOP Komsomolsk company Dalstalindustriya will execute the construction of a plant for the manufacture of metal structures with the installation of a hot galvanizing line. The launch of a high-tech production facility will provide consumers of the Far East with metal structures with an anti-corrosion coating by hot-dip galvanizing. The plant will be able to produce ten thousand tons of products per year.
"We will produce a product that has no analogues in the Khabarovsk Territory. The privileges and preferences that give the status of a resident of the Komsomolsk TOR allow to reduce the cost of the goods for the consumer, this was the main reason for the company to come with its project to the territory of advanced development, - said Alexander Kuznetsov, Deputy General Director of Dalstalindustriya. - Also, the TOP attracts us by the fact that JSC "KRDV" creates all the necessary infrastructure. First of all, we need gas and electricity. "
At the TOR "Nadezhdinskaya", located in Primorsky Krai, Neptun-Kholod LLC organizes storage facilities. The new refrigerated warehouse will be able to store a total cargo of 3,000 tons.
Four positive decisions on the projects worth 131 million rubles, announced for sale in the free port of Vladivostok, was made by JSC "KRDV" last week. New enterprises will be able to provide 93 jobs.

We focus on December 2018, and in the summer of next year we plan to reach the volume of 10 million fry in the season. "
In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Okean LLC intends to build an automobile complex, which includes the organization of a car wash and a maintenance station. At present, the number of residents of the free port of Vladivostok and the territories of advanced development has reached 754. The total volume of investments within the framework of the signed agreements is 2.59 trillion rubles, and as a result of the implementation of the announced projects 80467 new jobs will appear.
