• Well versed with import-export, trading and tendering process.
• Well connected with Government and other such buying agencies.
• Should be able to arrange local logistics.

WHAT INFRASTRUCTURE OUR PARTNER/ASSOCIATE SHOULD HAVE :

• One Computer with Internet connection, scanner, telephone, Fax etc.
• Office space of about 200 sq. feet.

• Steady yearly Revenues without significant upfront financial commitments.
• Our International network for tenders and other business.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR PARTNER/ASSOCIATE :

• Liaison with tendering authorities/buyers on behalf of our clients.
• Providing pre and post tendering services like procurement of tender document, submission of tender document, attending bid opening, information about other bidders, last purchase price and other such related information, which our client may require from time to time.
• Arranging other business for mutual benefit.
• Sending (by scanning- emailing ), all International tenders published in local Newspapers on a daily basis.

HOW PARTNERS/ASSOCIATES GET REWARDED :

• Actual expenditure for any Tender document procurement is reimbursed.
• In case of government tenders we sign a specific MOU with our client OR the company who is bidding in the tender. We get a commission if the client gets the tender awarded in his favour and get the complete payment. We share this commission amount with our partners/associates. The sharing arrangement is decided upon when the client first expresses interest to bid.
• In case of private business, we discuss the commission on case-to-case basis.
• Sending (by scanning- emailing ), all International tenders published in local Share of subscription amount, if our partner brings in a new subscriber.
