Ukraine : Ukravtodor has announced a tender for construction of road junctions on the M-05 and M-06 highways

Ukravtodor announced the procurement of works on the construction of interchanges on the highways M-05 Kiev - Odessa km 15 + 390, km 21 + 847 and M-06 Kiev - Chop km 21 + 767.
The implementation of these works is foreseen in the framework of the implementation of the Project "Improvement of road traffic and operational status of roads on the approaches to Kyiv" at the expense of loans from the European Investment Bank (EIB) / European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Ukravtodor invites contractors to submit tenders for the implementation of works financed by the loan, in the following lots: Construction of the interchange at the M05 Kyiv - Odessa highway: Lot 1, km 15 + 390; Construction of the interchange on the M05 Kyiv - Odessa highway: Lot 2, km 21 + 847; Construction of a road junction on the M06 Kyiv-Chop road: Lot 3, km 21 + 767.
The procurement procedure will be in accordance with the principles and rules for the procurement of goods, works and services of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The construction of these interchanges will provide unloading of transport junctions on these international highways, as well as improve traffic safety at the places of concentration of transport at the approaches to the city of Kiev, which, overall, will have a positive impact on the development of road infrastructure.
