Training at the ProZorro SE Training Center was held for the heads of interested structural units of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are involved in the process of developing and maintaining tender documentation in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement. The event was moderated and lectured by Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Tatiana Koba.
Among the organizers of the training together with JSC "Ukrposhta" and SE "ProZorro" is the Defense Procurement Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, created within the framework of the defense procurement reform program at the end of December last year.
The main topic of the seminar, which gathered about 60 people, was the use of the latest type of procurement - a framework agreement, which was introduced to the participants by the director of the tender procedures department of JSC "UkrPoshta" Anna Piasetskaya.
According to the adviser of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Tatiana Koba, the lecture will certainly increase the level of knowledge and skills of the employees of the departments and departments of the defense department necessary for the development and conduct of the tender process. It is also a significant reduction in potential corruption components in public procurement.
It should be noted that many participants of the training expressed their desire to work with the professional module of business analytics of ProZorro SE. It is a module designed to monitor procurement and contract execution, as well as to generate expected value. The Audit Department of the Ukrainian Military Department will now have access to this platform to inspect military units and other customers of the Defense Ministry and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
