Spain : Adif tenders the lease of a plot in the freight terminal of Zaragoza Arrabal

With a minimum budget of almost 170,000 euros, the tendered space occupies a plot of 3,160 m2, distributed in a logistics warehouse of 2,750 m2 with an internal track of 110 m and 410 m2 of land.
Adif has tendered, with a minimum budget of 168,828 euros (without VAT), the lease of a plot with an industrial building in the freight terminal of Zaragoza Arrabal.
The tendered space occupies a plot of 3,160 m2, distributed in a logistics warehouse of 2,750 m2 with an internal track of 110 m in length with topera and a rail access that joins it with the railway terminal, and 410 m2 of land.
The contract, which stipulates that these spaces will be used exclusively for the storage and distribution of goods, is valid for 4 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 2 years.
