UNITED ARAB EMIR: FM companies to tender for an MEP maintenance work

FM companies are being invited by the Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) to tender for an MEP maintenance and minor ancillary work contract for government buildings in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region.
The tenure of the contract is three years. Tender documents can be gathered from Musanada in Abu Dhabi. The last date for bids to be submitted is 8 August. The companies those who wish to take part in the tender are required to make a non-refundable cash deposit of AED2,500.
Musanada recently hosted a workshop for 157 ‘special’ and ‘first’ grade contractors to explain the Abu Dhabi government’s tender process for public works projects.
