SINGAPORE: KNG Land offers highest bid for Pioneer Road North site

An industrial site at the junction of Pioneer Road North and Soon Lee Street has attracted a total of 8 bids, with Kng Land Ltd offering the highest bid of $26.9 million, or about $87 psf ppr.
The top bid of $87 psf ppr is slightly higher than the second highest bid of $26.6 million ($86 psf ppr) submitted by Winland Ltd and way above the lowest bid of $16.0 million ($51 psf ppr) placed by Sim Lian Development Ltd.
The 30-year leasehold industrial site was placed on the reserve list under the government’s Industrial Land Sales Programme. The plot has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 366,836 square feet.
