CHINA: KSD subsidiary unit of KS Energy wins S$70m deal

KS Distribution Pte Ltd (KSD), a subsidiary KS Energy Limited has secured two deals worth a S$70 million to supply components for the construction of two jack-up rigs in China.
Under the terms of the contract, KSD is to provide integrated procurement and project management services to the shipyard which is building the two jack-up rigs.
Construction component delivery is assumed to start from the second half of FY2012 with completion targeted by the first half of FY2014.
