SINGAPORE: URA awarded an industrial site to KNG

The URA has awarded an industrial site at the junction of Pioneer Road North and Soon Lee Street to KNG Land Pte Ltd, which had submitted the highest bid of S$64.46 million.
By the close of tender, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) had received highest bids for the S$1,891.42 per square plot, which has a maximum gross plot ratio of two.
The tender for the industrial site was launched on 16 June 2011 and closed on 13 July 2011.
