SINGAPORE : Taikisha to Construct S$46.88m BreadTalk Group Headquater

BreadTalk Group Limited has awarded contract to Taikisha (Singapore) Pte Ltd for the construction of it headquarters at Paya Lebar iPark.
Tenure for the S$46.88 million project completion is estimated to be one and half year.
The S$64.08 million project cost of its new headquarter, includes leasehold land cost, development charge and other incidental costs. The project will be funded internally and through bank borrowings.
The total cost of the project has increased from its projected cost due to the increase of plot ratio from 2.50 to 2.89, and the acquisition of an additional white site for its test kitchen, which further increases the plot ratio from 2.89 to 3.37.
