Vinci Construction has secured a contract valued at about £80 million to construct a new mixed-use development Streatham Hub.

The Streatham Hub development will feature a new Leisure Centre for the residents of the London Borough of Lambeth, featuring an ice rink, swimming pool, sports hall and fitness suite.

Further, the development includes a new 63,000 square feet Tesco Extra supermarket that will be provided together with a mix of residential homes including private, shared ownership and affordable housing all served by underground car parking.

The construction work will start in summer and its completion will be concluded in November 2014.
