SINGAPORE : Boustead Subsidiary wins S$18m contract from Shinko Plantech

Boustead Singapore Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Projects Pte Ltd has been awarded a S$18 million contract from Shinko Plantech Co Ltd to design and build a chocolate processing facility for end-user, T&C Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd, to be located at Tuas Bay Walk in Singapore.
Shinko Plantech will undertake the lead contractor role to T&C for the Facility.
The four-storey 12,500 sqm facility at Tuas Bay Walk will be ready in the third quarter of 2012.
The contract is said to not have an impact on the profitability, earnings per share and net asset value per share of the group for the financial year ending Mar 31 2012.
