CANADA,SWEDEN : Alfa Laval wins SEK 60 million water treatment order in Canada

Alfa Lava, world\'s leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling, has won an order to supply newly developed equipment for cleaning of industrial wastewater in Canada. The order value is approximately SEK 60 million and delivery is scheduled for 2012.
The order from CCS Corporation, one of the largest oil and gas environmental service companies in North America, consists of specially developed Alfa Laval decanters to be used for large wastewater reclamation operations.
“These newly developed Alfa Laval decanters are based on our proven decanter technology and can handle very large amounts of industrial wastewater. This order proves our strong position as technical solutions provider in water treatment”, said Lars Renström, President and CEO of the Alfa Laval Group.
