India : Rs.589.69 Cr. Orders gained by Pratibha Industries Ltd

Pratibha Industries Ltd. stated that its Water Management Division and Building Division had bagged construction contracts aggregating to Rs.589.69 crore.
An order for Rs.224.80 crore is gained by the water Management Division from Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board for construction of underground drainage system for Jetpur, Bhayavadar, Wankaner, Dhoraji and Maliya Miyana towns of Rajkot District under Rajkot package. The contract is slated to be finished in 18 months.
The Building Division has gained orders combing to Rs.364.89 crore. The first order was for Rs.117.92 crore from National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd., New Delhi, for construction of 200 bedded hospital at Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi. The scale of work covers construction of hospital block and infrastructure development work including external development works. The work comprises several specialized civil/electrical/HVAC/Mechanical/Electronic services etc. to be implemented as integral parts of the project. Contract is planned to be finished in 18 months.
The second one was for Rs.171.43 crore from Bhartiya City Developers Pvt. Ltd. for construction of housing project at Thannisandra Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru. The range of work comprises civil, structural and finishing and allied works. The completion period is 28 months. Considerably, this is a repeat order from the Bhartiya City Developers to the company.
The third order was for Rs.75.54 crore from R.J. Group, Bengaluru, for construction of 'RJ Lake Gardenia' project. The range comprises construction of civil and structural works including all associated works, such as club house, compound wall, security office etc. of proposed multistoried residential building complex.
