EVRY ASA is the sole shareholder of the shares in Fellesdata AS. The board in EVRY ASA has together with the board in Fellesdata AS, agreed upon a joint merger plan for the merger between EVRY ASA and Fellesdata AS, with EVRY ASA as the acquiring company.
According to the merger plan, the acquisition of Fellesdata AS will not entail any costs for EVRY ASA. Upon the approval of the merger, Fellesdata AS will cease to exist as a legal entity.
The board in EVRY ASA will handle the merger in the board meeting February 7, 2014.
The merger plan, annual accounts, annual report and audit report for Fellesdata AS and EVRY ASA for the last three years are available for each stakeholders at the premises of EVRY ASA. Upon request, each stakeholder may receive the above mention documents by mail.
