A clinical test contract negotiation firm, Clintrax Global, has picked up Acorn Applications' TrialCTA as its new global contract management software solution.

Acorn Applications' lead product, TrialCTA, is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that assists Clinical Research Organizations (CRO's), medical device, and pharmaceutical firms in managing and tracking the complex, global clinical test contracts related to clinical research studies.

The application integrates a spontaneous workflow with a bendable rules engine to manage, track and fast-track clinical research study site contracts.
