Russian Federation : CSTO contrives to raise Institute of Partnership in military cooperation

The CSTO announced its plans on developing an institute of partnership in military and economic cooperation. During the meeting the Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Moscow, the determination of the Collective Security Council on corresponding draft was well-advised, stated by CSTO Spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov.
In 2015, Since the chairmanship in the CSTO passed to Tajikistan, Tajikistan's plenipotentiary Badriddin Mirzoyev was selected as Chairman of the CSTO Permanent Council.
Further, for enhancing the training of the military personnel, coordination of the educational and scientific activity of the defense ministries of the CSTO member states, the gathering also considered draft decisions of the CSTO Defense Ministers Council to boost the role of military educational establishments and scientific organizations in the growth of the CSTO military constituent and measures.
