DSE bags luxury mixed-use development project deal, worth Ł52million

A AED290m (Ł52m) deal has been secured by Drake & Scull Engineering (DSE) for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work for a luxury mixed-use development project in downtown Dubai.
Detailed MEP works would be offered by DSE, comprising supply, installation, testing and commissioning for the development.
The development project win increases DSI’s total project awards to AED1bn in value in the first four months of 2015.
As per Drake & Scull Engineering managing director Ahmad Al Naser,“We look forward to a year of growth and consolidation across all our key markets. We are optimistic about the potential of Dubai’s real estate sector as it moves ahead with the Expo 2020 related construction activities.”
