IVRCL secures SAR 2.196 billion turnkey EPC project in SAUDI ARABIA

One of the leading infrastructure players, IVRCL, has secured a turnkey EPC project worth SAR 2.196 billion, from the ministry of interior, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). IVRCL's Saudi Arabia office has won the project.

The scope of work for this EPC project to construct pre-fabricated residential complexes in Southern areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) comprises of designing and building mass housing for border guards together with the installation, testing and commissioning of ancillary buildings and external land and infrastructure development in three locations-Dharan AI Janoube, AI Qahmah and Asie Region (ABHA), Saudi Arabia.

This further calls for designing and execution of all associated civil, structural, architectural, electrical, sanitary, air-conditioning and mechanical works. Completion is expected within 36 months.

Totally around 513 buildings should be constructed for the three sites. The built-up area (BUA) for each of these locations will be around 53,88,780 sft in total with 27,53,043 sft for Dharal AI Janooube, 16,21,543 sft for AI Qahmah and 10,14,195 sft for Asir Regions respectively.
