United States : CACI gets $46M contract to continue providing software engineering support for Army's PEO EIS

CACI International has secured a $46 million contract.

The contract is to continue providing software engineering support for the Army’s Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).

CACI said, the PEO EIS develops, acquires, integrates and deploys information technology systems worldwide for supporting Army and Defense Department-wide communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, biometrics, training and procurement operations.

As per the contract, the company will be offering software development and systems automation to improve Army business processes for documenting and authorizing personnel and equipment requirements. Under this contract, the company will even deliver cybersecurity and systems support to help secure and maintain the IT infrastructure on which this software runs.
