August 19 in order to regulate the market of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs Russian Ministry of Agriculture has announced the state purchasing interventions against the grain harvest in 2015.
"We start with bids Crimean Federal District, not chosen by chance - it is the first completed grain harvesting. Crimean commodity producers are fully prepared to sell grain on the domestic market and the state intervention fund ", - announced the launch of the public purchasing interventions Sergei Levin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
Purchasing interventions will be implemented through exchange trading at the sites of "Crimean Exchange" and ZAO "National Commodity Exchange" , which has 7 regional stock exchanges (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, St. -Peterburg) , as well as 44 centers remote access to trading for agricultural producers.
It is planned to purchase before the end of 2015 to 2 million. Tons , as a whole, the volume of agricultural purchases of grain in the intervention fund will depend on the gross yield and market.
At the initial stage of the public purchasing interventions will purchase wheat 3, 4 and 5 classes in the Crimean, Southern, Volga and North Caucasian Federal District.
The state purchasing interventions carried out in accordance with the rules of the public procurement and commodity interventions to regulate the market of agricultural products, raw materials and food, approved by Government of the Russian Federation dated August 3, 2001 580.
Trading on the exchanges carried out in accordance with the Rules of trading during state purchasing interventions to regulate the market of agricultural products, raw materials and food.
