Nationstar has signed two separate procurement agreements with ASM Microelectronics Technical Services (Shanghai) (ASM Microelectronics) and ASM Pacific (Hong Kong Limited).

The company said, the deal inked with ASM Microelectronics is a domestic procurement agreement for an automated wire bonding machine worth around RMB 108 million (US $16.72 million).

The company has signed another procurement agreement with ASM Pacific, which involves buying a High Speed Epoxy Die Bonder worth around US $ 7.57 million.

The required equipment purchases will be supporting the companys basic business development, and will also expand its production capacity.

With expansion of its production capacity, the company expects to secure better business opportunities, and provide its clients products with advantageous C/P ratio and services to boost its overall market competitiveness.
