Yardi announced today that Denver-based R. Investments has chosen the mobile Yardi Voyager property management and accounting platform along with solutions from the Yardi Multifamily Suite to improve operational processes for their expanding portfolio.

According to Marci French, director of property management for R. Investments, We are growing fast, and we needed to replace an inadequate software system that required manual processing, especially for procurement. Going paperless and automating our processes with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi Multifamily Suite has provided us cost savings and better reporting, which is helping us take our business to the next level.

As part of the Yardi Voyager platform, R. Investments uses Yardi Procure to Pay with Yardi Marketplace to automate online procurement and paperless invoice processing, Yardi Payment Processing for online rent payments, and RENTCaf portals with Yardi Resident Screening for online leasing and resident services.
