PUC Founder (MSC) Bhd to bid for renewable energy projects in government or government-associated corporations, is collaborating with GreenTech Malaysia Alliances Sdn Bhd. There preferred arena is solar, biogas and biomass pertinent ventures.
PUC said it had secured a joint venture deal with GreenTech to form a key partnership, whereby the proposed joint venture will plan to leverage upon PUCs strength and capability in project management and to use GreenTechs skills in building green technology in Malaysia. PUC and GreenTech will claim a 80% and 20% share in joint venture, called as PUC Founder Technology Sdn Bhd.
GreenTech is entirely claimed by Malaysian Green Technology Corp and it is under the horizon of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water Malaysia, charged with catalysing green technology deployment as a prime engine for socio-economic upgrade in Malaysia.
PUC managing director Cheong Chia Chieh said, With an established and strong partner like GreenTech, we are confident that we can continue to achieve more in the coming years in line with our expansion plans into the renewable energy sector as promised to our shareholders.
