Oilfield procurement specialist Craig International is fast-tracking its expansion into the Middle East after a contract to manage a US$55 million client spend with a major operator in Qatar.

Craig International has won the five-year contract for out-sourced procurement services, following which the company has opened a base in Doha and another in Dubai. On initial basis, the offices will employ nine people with more planned as the company expands its business in the region.
