A source-to-pay procurement technology solutions provider, Zycus, has announced that a leading maker of food ingredients will soon start the implementation of its complete, integrated suite of procurement automation solutions, including eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management, Spend Analysis (with advanced commodity tracking), and Financial Savings Management.
With ambitious plans of business-wide strategic sourcing transformation, the company's procurement team leader made a strong case to corporate leadership in favor of enhancing the firm's procurement technology to a 100% integrated suite of next-generation solutions.
Through a competitive RFP in which the company assessed both incumbent and major procurement solution providers, they selected Zycus due to its responsiveness during the assessment and the solution's innovative consistency across applications both in terms of functionality and user interface.
