Publish Date : 26-Feb-2016

World leaders in Gravity Gradiometry, Bell Geospace, have announced purchase of their fourth Full Tensor Gravity Gradiometer (FTG).

With the addition of this instrument to their fleet, Bell will be able to continue to meet the needs of clients in Africa and Southeast Asia while increasing activity in the Americas and Europe.

Bell Geospace offers high-resolution full tensor gravity gradiometry data using FTG systems which are produced by Lockheed Martin in Niagara Falls, NY.

Scott Hammond, CEO, Bell Geospace, said, Our clients are looking for ever more efficient ways to de-risk their exploration programmes, particularly in these challenging times. FTG provides them with high resolution data at a low cost, enabling seismic and other techniques the ability to be far more targeted, thus reducing exploration costs. This additional instruments allows us even greater agility in responding to our client needs whenever required.
