Bulgaria has taken the decision of suspending the public procurement on the new vehicle purchases.

Interacting with media in Sofia, the Bulgarian Defence Minister Nikolay Nenchev revealed, I will suspend the public procurement on the purchase of vehicles for the needs of the Ministry of Defence and the respective structures.

According to the Defence Minister, the value of the public procurement stood at BGN 1.5 million.

On the grounds behind this suspension move, the Bulgarian Minister explained, We can say that this financial resource can be used for other priorities of the ministry. I believe it is not urgent to renew the vehicles at this very moment.
