Russian national operator Rostelecom plans signing of a contract with its RD subsidiary RT Labs on the use of the e-government service's infrastructure this year.
The deal would be worth around a total RUB 1.1 billion.
On 29 April, the national operator plans completion of a procurement procedure from the only supplier.
Earlier in December 2015, the federal Ministry of Communications and Mass Media inked a deal worth RUB 2 billion for the provision of e-government services this year with Rostelecomn.
