Raytheon has won a US Air force contract for Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile (AMRAAM) production.

On Wednesday, the US Department of defense said, Contractor will provide Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile (AMRAAM) production Lot 30 and other AMRAAM system items.

This contract is worth $573 million.

Under this contract, work will be carried out at Tucson, Arizona, with expected completion by Feb. 28, 2019.

At the time of award, Fiscal 2016 Navy and Air Force procurement funds in the amount of $418,243,313 are being obligated.
