Rostelecom, a Russian national carrier secured more than 1,000 tenders on rendering services in the Volga federal district in 2015.

The net worth of the deals decided on the basis of tenders was RUB 1.17 billion, raised from RUB 900 million in 2014.

Around 93% of the tenders were associated to prime services from the national carrier.

The worth of the deals aggregated to RUB 240 million in the Samara region, RUB 201 million in the Nizhny-Novgorod province and RUB 135 million in the Ulyanovsk region.
