Russian mobile operator MTS is in receipt of tenders to provide telecommunications services for state institutions in the Urals during this year.

Over 8,000 staff members of 150 institutions will be utilising fixed and mobile services from the operator in the federal district.

MTS will be offering services for regional governments of Kurgan, Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg regions, for regional parliaments of Yugra and Tyumen regions, and for municipal administrations or councils covering the cities of Nefteyugansk, Surgut, Yekaterinburg, Magnitogorsk.
