Publish Date : 10-May-2016
WHIreland, a wealth management company of Isle of Man, has been successful to secure a contract from the Manx Government for the management of a pair of its investment portfolio.
WHIreland has started operations of an office in the Island in 2014.
At present, the wealth management firm has an employee fleet of 8 people.
The company, as part of the newly received contract, will serve as a discretionary investment manager on two mandates for a fixed period of five years.
The company has revealed that it has secured the deal after a 'lengthy and rigorous' tender procedure, which was managed by the Procurement Services division of the Government.
The CEO of WHIreland Group Richard Killiingbeck stated, This is a strong endorsement of the Isle of Man office and the WHIreland Group.
He further said, The appointment to manage two mandates gives us a sound platform, to continue the growth of our international business and further strengthen our Isle of Man team.
