Switzerland,United Kingdom : TAG AVIATION announces a unique solution for business jet owners & operators

Publish Date : 10-May-2016

TAG Aviation has made an announcement on the commencement of a new tailored service to support the owners of business jet and aircraft operators.

The newly introduced service will release private business jet owners and operators of aircraft with a principal EU place of business or residence from the intricacies and personal liabilities associated with the EASA Part-NCC rules that become effective from this August, without compromising the flexibility of their private operation, revealed the company.

Under the Part-NCC, all private operators now have to follow the same crucial requirements as commercial air transport operators, but the rules are balanced.

The new set of laws requires all owners or operators to tender a compliance declaration acknowledging responsibility, accountability and liability for their operation to their national aviation authority, apart from crafting and maintaining a manual for operations.

The TAG Aviation Europe VP (Sales & Marketing) Florent Sris revealed, We understand that compliance is not a simple process, at times being both complicated and time consuming. TAGs unique solution will also provide owners with the complete piece of mind that their aircraft will be operated to the highest safety and airworthiness standards and meeting the regulatory requirements of the European law and of the State of Registry.

TAG has decided to have an exclusive Part-NCC space on its booth during the EBACE exhibition in Geneva.
