T-Mobile Netherlands confirmed it secured a tender to deliver mobile telephony for the city of Rotterdam.

The municipality will take about 12,000 subscriptions for the deliver under the 3-year deal, that commence recently on 29 June.

Moreover to the mobile services, T-Mobile will guarantee integration with the present fixed telephony systems.

T-Mobile is the largest mobile supplier in Zuid-Holland, the region where Rotterdam is situated.

The carrier's market share is the largest in the nation in Zuid-Holland, at 25% in the Q1 of 2015.
