The state Office of General Services would offer construction contracts of over $1 million at Groveland Correctional Facility.

The OGS said, two bids have been accepted for the project that will feature work on Building 82 at the prison where windows are being replaced.

View-Tech Inc. of East Syracuse had the low bid of $851,980 for the project's building work.

Navalis Company Inc., operating as Cogenic Mechanical of Rochester, filed the low bid for heating and ventilation work at $177,900.
