An investment management and services company, the Bank Of New York Mellon, has announced it has secured a contract from the U.S. General Services Administration to provide a range of loan servicing and related support services to various federal agencies.

Under the deal, BNY will provide services through a 100% subsidiary, Colson Services Corp.

Robert Griffin, president of Colson, said, "Federal agencies seeking a financial services provider can shorten the procurement process by utilizing approved contractors such as BNY Mellon that have obtained GSA contracts rather than going through alternative procurement processes."

An investment company, the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, offers financial products and services to institutions, corporations, and high net worth individuals in the United States and globally.
