John Wood Group PLC on Tuesday has made an announcement on its receipt of a contract to provide engineering and procurement services for the Peregrino field wellhead platform C, situated off the Brazilian coast.
Norwegian oil major Statoil ASA is the operator of this field.

The Wood Group Mustang unit of John Wood will be responsible for managing the engineering work on wellhead C at the project in offshore Brazil.
The Wood Group Mustang Chief Executive Michele McNichol disclosed, "Wood Group Mustang's proven ability to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions was a key enabler to obtaining the contract."
