A two-year contract worth up to 1 million ($1.30 million) is gained by OEM Group with international energy services company Go Marine to deliver engine support services to its fleet of vessels operating across the world for the oil and gas industry. OEM Group under the global technical support and services agreement will exclusively perform the procurement of engine spare parts, electrical componants and systems, in addition to offering personnel, project management and maintainence to support work across the different vessel types and regions Go Marine functions in around the world.
The maritime companys assets comprise ROV and dive support vessels, barges, offshore firefighting craft in addition to a floatel, and runs in regions for example AsiaPac, West Africa, Gulf of Mexico, and the North Sea. The company as part of its strategy to become a global market leader has lately restructured joining together its 3 businesses OEM Engine Services, OEM Fuel Services and OEM Diesel Pty Ltd to create OEM Group. The company has 30 employees based in offices in the UK, Australia and the UAE.
