The authorities of the Novosibirsk region plan to announce by the end of this month an investment tender to build 7 new polyclinics in the regional center.

Governor Vladimir Gorodetsky said, "I suppose that by the end of July, we will announce a tender for concession agreement on the construction of seven polyclinics in the city of Novosibirsk. All financial and economic models are being elaborated, so that we could immediately proceed with the work and build seven polyclinics over the course of three years."

The contract will require a concessionary to take on design engineering and construction of the polyclinics, equipment supplies and operation of premises.

25% of the project funding will come from the budget and 15% will be financed by the concessionary. The rest will be guaranteed by the bank credit amount.
