United States : BRAVOSOLUTION buys PURIDIOM

A global strategic procurement solution provider, BravoSolution has announced the acquisition of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania based Puridiom, a privately held on-demand procurement and accounts payable (AP) solutions company.
No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
This acquisition enables BravoSolution to take the following step in allowing the full end-to-end procurement process through an integrated purchase-to-pay suite.
Established in 1983, Puridiom has broad experience in purchase-to-pay solutions, with more than 30 years supporting the procurement processes of both private and public sector organizations, comprising Mutual of America, Crestwoood Midstream Partners LP and Hoya Optical Labs of America.

The Puridiom acquisition is effective as of August 1, 2016.
The Puridiom leadership team will continue with BravoSolution. Jesus Ramos, founder of Puridiom, will serve as the senior vice president of procurement solutions, focusing on the development and expansion of procure-to-pay solutions worldwide.
